Oriignal 10 x 8 inch photograph of the composer at a rehearsal in the Paramount Theatre where he was conducting Woody Herman in a rehearsal of his "Ebony Concerto" for clarinet and swing band in advance of the performance on March 25, 1946 in Carnegie Hall. Stamped 2/2/46 on the verso, with later stamps and clippings, apparently published in the NY Times and with a few areas of in-painting within the image for publication. Overalll fine.". (11365)
