Portrait Postcard Concert Admission Ticket

Printed drawing of the French pianist on a postcard, doubling as a blank advertisement card for a series of performances at the Salle Pleyel in November and December of 1924.  Stamp to verso indicates the ticket holder was entitled to two seats at any one concert, with date and time unspecified.  In fine condition.  Approx. 5.5 x 3.5 inches (8.9 x 14 cm.).  Unusual.

Born in Odessa, Marie Panthès was a French pianist who specialized in the Romantic repertoire, particularly the works of Chopin. (18665)
