Early and handsome Wayne J. Shilkret photograph of the American pianist, who has inscribed "To Paul, / Misha Dichter / Nov 2, 1969." Photographer's stamp to verso. Very fine. 9.5 x 7 inches (24.1 x 17.8 cm.).While studying piano at Juilliard, Dichter won the Silver medal at the 1966 International Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow, launching his international career. He and his wife, Cipa Glazman, have toured the United States and Europe as a piano duo.
