Certificate of Insurance from the State of New York Department of Motor Vehicles issued to "Robert Dylan, Bearsville, New York," providing proof of continuous insurance coverage on his 1966 Ford Mustang convertible from January 25, 1966 to October 15, 1966.  Signature to lower right recto corner is from the authorized representative of his insurer.  In overall fine condition, with expected office wear.  7.25 x 3.25 inches (18.4 x 8.2 cm.).

In an interview with Scott Cohen in 1985, Dylan recounted one of his first big money purchases: "The first expensive thing bought with my first big paycheck was a baby blue 1966 Ford Mustang convertible.  But a guy who worked for me rolled it down a hill in Woodstock and it smashed into a truck.  I got 25 bucks for it."
