Vintage sheet music for "The Greatest Baseball Song," the cover featuring an inset photographof Ed Morton and a cartoonish and stereotypical scene of African American men playing baseball in a field, a church in the background. 14 x 10 1/2". 5 pp. Front cover lightly spotted along the top but very good, separation along spine along upper third, page 3/4 small chip to edge, final leaf/rear wrapper lightly stained and with a sizeable repaired tear. A good copy of Longbrake's playful Biblical baseball allegory. (8486)
