Original gatefold pressing of the classic jazz album credited with popularizing bossa nova around the world, signed to inside cover in bright blue felt tip by saxophonist Stan Getz, who has inscribed "To Fritz / Best Wishes" above a photograph with guitarist João Gilberto and pianist Antônio Carlos Jobim.  Verve Records V6-8545.  Light wear and toning to sleeve, else in fine condition.  Record has not been playtested but appears to be NM+. "Everybody Rockin'" - LP Record Signed FIVE TIMES

Signed LP cover from influential American blues singer, guitarist and songwriter who has signed this 1981 compilation of work recorded from 1955-1959, Charly R&B Records (CRB 1013). Signed in black ballpoint ink to the front cover "John Lee Hooker", "John", "John", "John Lee Hooker," and "JLH."

 In 1992, he described his music: "I don't play a lot of fancy guitar. I don't want to play it. The kind of guitar I want to play is mean, mean licks." (Atlanta Daily News, 1992)

Small format original photograph of the legendary jazz singer in performance on February 14th, 1954 at The Royal Albert Hall, inscribed in an unknown hand on the verso "Mis Yoo - + lot's of love, Bxx" [SIC]. 4.5 x 6.5 inches (11.4 x 16.5 cm.). A period print but not a first generation image. Irregularly trimmed, some light surface impressions, else fine.

Collection of nine postcard photographs and advertising postcards of twentieth-century Black jazz musicians and performers, including: singer Billy Eckstine; pianist Count Basie; singing and dancing duo Dick Saunders and Ella Mae Waters ("They Are Terrific"); pianist Thomas "Fats" Wallers; vocalist Anna Mae Winburn; big-band leader Nat Towles;  Harry Watkins ("International Song Stylist"); pianist "Chick" Finney;  and a striking photograph of a young unidentified saxophone player. Measuring between 3.25 x 5.25 inches and 3.5 x 5.7 inches.  None postally used; overall very good.

Signed photograph of the innovative clarinetist and saxophonist regarded as one of the greatest wind players in the history of jazz, who has inscribed "To Mr. Charles Vaughan / from Sid Bechet / Mar-5-39" in pen to the lower margin.  Signed photographs of Bechet are uncommon, especially at this size.  Moderate silvering which is barely visible under natural light, creasing and handling marks to edges and corners, overall in fine condition.  11 x 14 inches (27.9 x 35.6 cm.).

Uncommon signed photograph of the American jazz pianist and composer known for his swing playing and ballads.  Boldly inscribed in blue felt tip, "Best to you/Doc always/from/Erroll Garner/Thank you/for everything."  With the pianist's stamped address to verso, a few light scuffs and some staining to verso, else fine. 8 x 10 inches (20.3 x 25.4 cm.).

Signed photograph of the American-born French entertainer, French Resistance agent, and civil rights activist who became a symbol of the decadent Jazz Age and played a leading role in the advancement of African Americans in the arts. A wonderful image of the entertainer who is shown wearing an elaborate feathered headdress on stage during a performance at the Circle Star Theatre in San Carlos, California, signed and inscribed in blue felt tip to one of the theatre's stagehands. Pin holes through each corner, a few light emulsion spots, else in fine condition.  8 x 10 inches (20.3 x 25.4 cm.).
